Video Teleprompter: Sayglow

Sayglow is a teleprompter for recording video on iPhone and iPad, a script prompter and recorder in one. Your script scrolls next to the camera lens while you record, so you can read your lines and keep looking at your viewer.

Made for people who film themselves for work: sales and client videos, short videos for social media, online courses, talks and presentations. You already have the text. Sayglow helps you say it to the camera without looking like you are reading.

Simple: no sign-up, no ads. Write or import your script, set your reading speed and press record. When the take is done, turn the same script into captions on your video.

TELEPROMPTER WHILE YOU RECORD
- Move and resize the script window on the camera screen, close to the lens
- Speed in words per minute and text size, or swipe on the text to change speed
- Voice Hold: the text waits while you are silent
- Pause stops text and recording, and the take stays one video
- Front or back camera, portrait or landscape
- Mirror mode: mirrored text to read in a mirror while the back camera films
- Built-in, wired or wireless mic with a visible sound level
- HD or 4K, frame rate and HDR as your camera allows, tap to set focus and exposure

SCRIPTS
- Autosave, word count and reading time
- Folders, search and Recently Deleted
- Import .txt, .md, .rtf and .docx files
- Any language for scripts and captions
- Your scripts sync across your iPhone and iPad with iCloud

CAPTIONS FROM YOUR SCRIPT
- Captions (subtitles) come from your own text, not speech recognition, timed by when each line reached the reading line
- Preview on your take, fix or hide a caption, shift the timing with a slider
- Ready-made styles, plus font, size, color, background and position

MAKE THE PROMPTER YOURS
- Ready-made styles, a choice of fonts and any color for the text, the background and the line you are reading

VIDEOS
- Every take stays in the app: watch it, see its size, delete what you do not need

FREE FOR EVERYONE
