Welcome to VIDHIK SAHAYATA Due to lack of legal knowledge, the citizens of the country remain deprived of justice even today. On getting legal advice from any advocate, they have to pay exorbitant fees, even after that there is no guarantee of getting verified information.
It is often seen that due to lack of strong law for advocates, advocates provide erroneous information to the citizens, which causes a lot of loss to the client. Today, there is a need for such a system for the advocates in the country, due to which they are bound to provide verified information to the client for minimum fees.
Keeping this in mind, a website / mobile application has been launched by VIDHIK SAHAYATA PRIVATE LIMITED, in which any advocate of the country will be able to provide verified legal information to any needy citizen by registering, which will be monitored by VIDHIK SAHAYATA PRIVATE LIMITED.
If the information verified by the advocate is not provided to the client or the client is not satisfied with the information then their fee is refunded and such advocate is blocked on the website.
We always keep in mind that for the client to get quick and accurate legal information as per the requirement, we impose some restrictions on the advocates, violating which they can be removed from the portal.
