VIP Center es un centro de entrenamiento personalizado y gimnasio, basado en el concepto de “estilo de vida WELLNESS”.
Si el concepto de “fitness” hace referencia al estar y sentirse físicamente bien, el concepto de “wellness” amplía este bienestar a buscar el equilibrio cuerpo/mente, bienestar físico, psíquico y emocional.
El centro ofrece sus servicios en la zona del Colegio La Salle, sobre Av La Salle a 200 metros del 2do. Anillo, con más de 1200 mt2 construidos, amplio parqueo para vehículos en su interior, zona WiFi en todo el establecimiento, cuenta con cafetería saludable, spa y nutritienda de suplementos. Las áreas de entrenamiento están compuestas por diferentes salas: sala de spinning, sala de musculación, sala cardiovascular, sala de actividades aeróbicas y ballet y por último una espectacular zona de entrenamiento en exteriores donde se imparten las disciplinas de boxeo, crossfit y calistenia.
El equipamiento de la sala cardiovascular, sala de musculación y sala de spinning es de las marcas CYBEX y TECHNOGYM, muy reconocidas a nivel mundial. Contamos también con un servicio de nutricionista y profesores de sala capacitados para orientar y asesorar a los clientes respecto a su estado físico, nutricional y programas de entrenamiento.
