Virtual Andon

Virtual Andon turns an iPhone into an andon station. When an operator needs maintenance, material, quality, or other help, one tap sends the call to your Shop Floor View (SFV) system, so the right people see it right away.

Virtual Andon is made by Industrial Andons, LLC, maker of wireless andon systems and the Shop Floor View software for manufacturing visibility. It has the same look and function as our Virtual Andon for Windows, so operators who know the desktop version will feel at home.

WHY USE IT

- Add an andon station anywhere a phone can go
- Get help to the line faster, with every call tied to a line and unit
- Send details with a call, such as a part number
- See phone calls in Shop Floor View with the rest of your andon data

FEATURES

- Up to 16 andon buttons (1, 3, 5, and 7 enabled by default)
- Set the line number and unit number for each phone
- Optional extra data text per button, sent with the signal
- Connect over plant Wi-Fi to the IA Collector Service on a local PC or server, or directly to Shop Floor View over the internet
- Help screen with Industrial Andons contact info
- No ads, no tracking

REQUIRES SHOP FLOOR VIEW
Virtual Andon requires an active Shop Floor View account from Industrial Andons. Setup asks for your company, location, SFV Collector ID and password, and contact name and email (phone optional), plus the IP address of your IA Collector Service if you use local Wi-Fi mode. Each phone is licensed in Shop Floor View, just like a desktop Virtual Andon.
