VisitAR Bologna

VisitAR Bologna is the app created by the Municipality of Bologna and TIM, as part of the Bologna Municipality's House of Emerging Technologies project co-funded by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. Thanks to this app you will be able to explore the city of Bologna in a new dimension, visiting different locations thanks to an interactive augmented reality map for each stage of the routes proposed to the explorers!


The app is designed to offer you an immersive and engaging experience, making each of your visits an unforgettable journey through the history and culture of Bologna. In each place there will be a story revealing anecdotes related to two different thematic routes: Bologna Unesco City of Music and the life of Marconi.


Bologna, known for its rich cultural and musical history, was recognized in 2006 as a UNESCO City of Music. This thematic tour will take you to discover the places associated with the great artists and musicians who have left an indelible mark on the city.
