Vitamin D Sun Tracker & UV

Vitamin D Sun Tracker & UV shows when your skin can make vitamin D today, how long you can stay out before you burn, and how far you are from your daily goal.

The app combines live UV from Apple Weather with the sun's angle at your location, your skin type, age, clothing and sunscreen:
- Sun window: the best time today for vitamin D.
- Burn timer and SPF: how long you can stay in the sun with your skin and sunscreen. Burn alerts arrive with the app closed.
- Live sessions: tap Start and watch your vitamin D add up, with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen.

Today's Sun Plan
- A plan for the day built around your skin, your goals and the UV forecast.

Apple Intelligence (iOS 27)
- Label scan: photograph a supplement label and the app reads the vitamin D dose. You confirm it before saving. The scan runs on device, on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence.

Apple Watch, widgets and controls
- Apple Watch: start a session and follow your progress without your phone.
- Widgets: vitamin D, UV and your sun window on the Home Screen and Lock Screen, plus a large widget with today's UV curve.
- Controls: start a session or log a supplement from Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action Button.
- Siri and Shortcuts: start or stop a session or log a supplement with your voice.

Sun and supplements
- Log supplements next to your time in the sun and see your whole vitamin D day.
- Apple Health: the app saves your vitamin D and the UV exposure of each session, and reads your daylight time from Apple Watch.

Goals and accessibility
- Goals: pick what you want from the sun, and the app builds your plan around it.
- Location: use your position or choose a city, at any latitude.
- Accessibility: VoiceOver, Voice Control, Larger Text, Dark Mode and Reduce Motion.

Privacy
- Your health data stays on your device. No account, no ads.
