Damit diese kleinen, aber wichtigen Arbeiten im Alltag nicht untergehen und die Qualität der Facility oder Arbeitsplätze des Unternehmens darunter leiden, hilft unsere VitriApp-Meldung.
Meldungen können einfach und schnell Fachkräften zugeordnet werden. Diese erhalten die Meldung direkt auf das Smartphone und können mit der Arbeit beginnen. Ist die Arbeit abgeschlossen, wird über eine Statusrückmeldung, ein optionaler Arbeitsbericht und Unterschrift die erledigte Arbeit signalisiert. Am Ende des Tages können FM-Verantwortliche und der meldende Mitarbeiter die Übersicht über die erledigten Störmeldungen einsehen.
