Mit VKB-Pay ermöglichen wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden einfaches Senden von Geldbeträgen an eine Mobilfunknummer (ZOIN) sowie die übersichtliche Verwaltung von Kundenkarten am Smartphone.

Voraussetzungen zur Nutzung von VKB-Pay

• Besitz einer physischen Debitkarte
• Smartphone mit Betriebssystem iOS 11 oder höher
• VKB CONNECT Zugang mit der Zeichnungsart pushTAN

ZOIN
Mit ZOIN in der VKB-Pay App können Sie ganz einfach:
• Geld senden
• Geld empfangen
• Geld von Kontakten anfordern
• Nachrichten senden und empfangen

Für eine Transaktion reichen die Kontakte im Adressbuch aus (Voraussetzung: Der Kontakt ist für ZOIN registriert).

Kundenkarten
Sie können auch Kundenkarten in Ihrer VKB-Pay App hinzufügen.
Das Kassenpersonal scannt dann die in der App dargestellte Kundenkarte mittels Barcode und Sie genießen wie mit Ihrer physischen Kundenkarte weiterhin sämtliche Vorteile.

Bei Rückfragen steht Ihnen Ihre VKB-Kundenbetreuerin oder Ihr VKB-Kundenbetreuer gerne zur Verfügung.
