Voice Memo & Recorder: Voicely

Voice memos that write themselves down.

Voice Memo & Recorder: Voicely is a voice recorder and an AI note taker in one app. Record a meeting, a lecture, an interview or a passing idea, and get back a clean transcript, a short summary and the action items — all processed on your iPhone.

RECORD FIRST, READ LATER
Tap record and stay in the conversation. When it ends you do not have to replay the audio: the transcript, the summary and the next steps sit together in one note, searchable down to the word.

SPEECH TO TEXT, ON YOUR IPHONE
Transcription runs on device. Once the speech model has downloaded, recording, transcription and summaries keep working offline — on a plane, in a basement lecture hall, anywhere without a signal. Speaker labels separate voices when more than one person is talking.

SMART NOTES THAT TURN INTO ACTION
• A short summary of what was actually said
• Action items pulled out of the transcript
• Due dates kept with the task they belong to
• Tap any line of the transcript to jump to that moment in the audio

MADE FOR MEETINGS AND LECTURES
Team meetings and client calls become meeting minutes you can send. Lectures and seminars become lecture notes you can revise from. Research interviews become quotable text. And a personal voice memo stays a voice memo — just a readable one.

IMPORT WHAT YOU ALREADY RECORDED
Bring in audio or video files from Files or from another app. Voicely extracts the audio and runs it through the same on-device workflow.

EXPORT ANYWHERE
Share the transcript, the summary and the tasks as TXT, Markdown or PDF — a clean record for your notes, your project docs or your meeting follow-up.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Transcription and AI processing happen on your iPhone. No Voicely account is required, and your audio is not uploaded to us for processing. iCloud backup and sharing are optional and stay under your control.
