Orders sent from WaiterOne appear instantly as digital tickets on an iPad or iPhone. Kitchen, bar, coffee and other preparation stations can see items, modifiers and special requests, track waiting times, and move tickets through Prepare, Service and Close.
Replace paper tickets or use KDS alongside existing kitchen and bar printers. Set up multiple displays for different stations, use colour-coded orders for quick recognition, receive sound alerts for new work, and review or restore closed orders when needed.
WaiterOne KDS connects to the main WaiterOne device over your local network for a fast, practical workflow during busy service.
