How It Works

Choose which apps to lock. Set your daily step goal. Walk to hit your target and your locked apps become available. Miss your goal, and those apps stay locked until you move.

Flexible Unlock Modes

- Rest of Day unlocks your apps until midnight once you reach your goal.
- Time-Limited gives you a set number of hours before apps lock again.
- Evening Re-Lock lets apps lock back at a time you choose.
- Session Mode earns you timed app sessions each time you walk.
