WallSitPal

Rest your iPhone on your thigh, sit back against the wall, and WallSitPal knows whether you're really holding it. A timer only counts seconds. This counts the seconds you actually held the angle.

KNOWS IF YOU'RE HOLDING IT
- A live thigh-angle gauge shows when you're in zone, and how many degrees above or below target you've drifted.
- It uses the iPhone's motion sensors. No camera, and no need to watch the screen.
- Haptic cues tap when you reach the zone, count down the last ten seconds, and buzz when the angle drifts.

ONE HONEST NUMBER, ONE NEXT TARGET
Every hold ends with what you held, how much of it was in zone, and the target for next time.

TRAINING PLANS, ALL FREE
Four preset plans, Starter to Advanced, plus plans you build yourself. Advanced follows the 4 × 2-minute routine, three times a week, studied for resting blood pressure in Edwards et al., British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2023 (doi:10.1136/bjsports-2022-106503).
WallSitPal does not measure blood pressure and is not medical advice. Check with your doctor before you start.

YOUR HISTORY
Every hold is kept with its time and time in zone.

WALLSITPAL PLUS
- Adaptive Progression: every hold rewrites the next one. It reads how long you held and how much of it was in zone. It steps you up when you have headroom, steps you back after two misses, and when a plan ends, your next plan is ready.
- Straight to your numbers after you save. Free users see one full-screen ad after a hold is saved, never during a hold.
Plus comes as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
