Waqt — Prayer Deadline Shield

You don't miss prayers. You postpone them.

Every prayer has a window, and nobody misses it at the start. It slips away at the end, after four rounds of "in a minute." Waqt is built for exactly that moment: when a window is about to close and you haven't prayed yet, the apps you chose become unopenable until you mark the prayer done.

Keep the prayer app you love. Waqt is the part that makes you act on it.

THE DEADLINE SHIELD
Choose your distracting apps and a buffer — 15 to 60 minutes before each window closes. Pray before the shield arms and Waqt stays completely invisible. Meet the shield, and one honest tap ("I prayed") lifts it instantly.

NIGHT LOCK
Fajr is won the night before. At your wind-down time — fixed, or relative to Fajr — your chosen apps go to sleep and stay asleep until Fajr. When the alarm rings, the phone's first useful act is the prayer.

THE PATTERN
Every on-time prayer lays a golden petal; five make a day; twenty-eight days complete a named girih panel — Alhambra, Qarawiyyin, Registan — archived in your private gallery. It never shatters and never resets. There is nothing to share, on purpose: your record exists for you alone.

BUILT ON TRUST
Waqt never verifies worship. No camera, no sensors, no proof — a check-in is a tap taken on trust, and what it means stays between you and Allah. The only friction is on the way around the prayer: a deliberate two-step to postpone, and an emergency release that is always available and never shamed.

LIFE HAPPENS
• Cycle, travel, and illness pauses — one tap, everything preserved
• Travel mode combines Dhuhr+Asr and Maghrib+Isha with one check-in
• Three automatic rest days a month, so a hard day never erases a good month

ACCURATE EVERYWHERE
• Twelve calculation methods, including MWL, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, and Moonsighting Committee
• Standard and Hanafi Asr
• High-latitude rules for UK, German, and Scandinavian summers
• Per-prayer offsets to match your local masjid
• Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets with one-tap check-in

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
No account. No servers. No analytics. Apple's Screen Time framework does the blocking on-device, and its design means Waqt cannot even see which apps you chose.

One price, forever: after a free 7-day full trial, a single purchase unlocks everything. No subscription — your prayer life should not be a recurring bill.
