WatchHRV: Watch HRV Trends

Understand your Apple Health heart rate variability readings with clear averages in milliseconds.

What makes WatchHRV different?
• Every feature is completely free. No paywalls and no locked features.
• Home Screen widgets show your weekly heart rate variability average in milliseconds, with wording such as "Variability this week". Full layouts also show the days counted. Filled medium layouts also show "30 days" and "90 days" averages. Lock Screen widgets show your saved average with wording such as "Variability this week" or "Variability 49".
• Keep dated goal settings, see why readings are included or excluded, and export dated heart rate variability reports as a spreadsheet or a printable document.

Everything is free. The only thing you can ever pay for is removing ads for other Solstice Suite apps.

Review heart rate variability readings, charts, goals, and notes. Compare averages using the readings available in Apple Health. Missing days are omitted, never counted as zero, and each eligible day is counted once. Choose source and manual entry rules, and review dated goal changes.

Privacy
WatchHRV reads heart rate variability from Apple Health with your permission and does not create a new heart rate variability measurement. Health readings remain in Apple Health; optional online backup includes selected app settings, not Health readings. Heart rate variability is shown in milliseconds. WatchHRV is for general wellness, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patterns do not establish a cause. Optional supporter plans are billed by Apple through your App Store account, and we receive app and device identifiers, purchase information, and technical information so the app can tell whether a subscription is active. We do not send your personal app records. Crash and performance diagnostics help us fix problems; they exclude your identity, screenshots, and view attachments.

Optional ad removal
Removes ads in all our apps on this device. Choose $0.99 weekly, $2.99 monthly, or $19.99 yearly in the U.S.; local prices may vary. All features remain free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
