Watch face complications keep your progress within sight and give you a quick way back to the app. Supported records sync with your iPhone, so the drinks you add on your watch count toward the same daily total.

Use interactive Home Screen widgets to log a drink quickly. Check your progress from the Lock Screen, follow Live Activities and see updates in Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. Siri Shortcuts give you another way to record a drink when your hands are busy.

Keep water, sparkling water, tea, coffee, milk, juices, smoothies and more in one diary. See estimated hydration and calories for each drink type, save portions you use often and create custom drinks with your own icons and amounts. Choose milliliters, liters or fluid ounces to match your bottle and your habits. Regional settings also let you choose the temperature units you prefer.

Set your reminder interval and active hours, including schedules that run past midnight. Adjust reminder sounds to suit your routine. Busy when a notification arrives? APPLE HEALTH & ICLOUD
Sync supported water records with Apple Health and keep supported data up to date across your devices with iCloud. You choose which permissions to allow. No separate app account is needed. The app is ad-free.

DROPWISE PREMIUM
Basic water tracking is free. Premium adds weather-based goals, the full drink catalog, custom drinks, history editing, monthly statistics, all mascots, themes and exports. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings.

PRIVACY
Health and water logs are not sent to Google or Meta. With your tracking permission, Firebase and Meta receive app and purchase events for analytics and advertising measurement. Tracking is optional.
