매일 빠르게 바뀌고 불확실하고 대부분 처음이고. IT 스타트업에서 커리어를 시작한 개발자, 디자이너, PM이 모여 만들었어요. 피처 이터레이션은 열심히 돌고 KPT 회고도 치열하게 하면서, 막상 ‘나’는 왜 그 때 그런 감정을 느껴서 더 앞으로 나아가지 못했는지, 정말 힘들었던 과거의 선택을 다음에 하지 않으려면 어떻게 해야 하는 건지 에 대한 이해는 없다는 걸 느꼈어요.

회고도 시간 내서 하려면 어렵잖아요. 일기 쓰듯 오늘 하루 있었던 일을 짧게나마 작성해보세요. 바빠서, 급해서 정신 없이 흘러갔던 하루 속에 있는 ‘나’를 발견할 수 있도록- 내 감정의 파도에 내가 휩쓸리는 것이 아니라 영차영차 서핑할 수 있도록- 하루 최대 5개의 질문으로 찾아갈게요.
