You’ll learn how the satellite instruments work, how they transmit data from space to a system of ground stations on Earth and end up in your weather forecast. You’ll learn about the electromagnetic spectrum and how the satellites see. And you’ll explore the powerful weather events and dazzling weather phenomena that they observe across our planet.
