Wedding Planner Pro Ai keeps your guest list, budget, vendor contracts and day-of schedule in one place. There's no account to create and no sign-in: your plans are saved on your device and in your own iCloud, so they're on your iPad too and still there if you lose your phone. Nothing is ever sent to us or anyone else.

GUESTS AND RSVPS
Track everyone in one list: RSVP status, meal choices, dietary needs, plus-ones, children, which side they're on, and how they're related. Group guests into households, record gifts, and tick off thank-you notes as you send them.

SEATING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Build your tables, then drag them into place on a floor plan of your reception. See at a glance who's still unseated and how full each table is.

Pick photos of a contract, or a PDF from Files, and the app reads it — pulling out payment amounts, due dates and the terms worth knowing, like cancellation and refund policies. Add any payment straight to your budget with one tap. By default this runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence. For long contracts you can choose to turn on Apple's Private Cloud Compute; it stays off until you do.

YOUR DAY, HOUR BY HOUR
Generate a full run of show from your ceremony time, then edit it freely. Covers the rehearsal, the wedding day and the morning after. Share it as text or export a PDF for your vendors and wedding party.

ASK ABOUT YOUR OWN PLAN
On devices with Apple Intelligence, a Planning Assistant on the Home screen answers questions about your plan — what's due, which payments are coming up, who hasn't replied. It runs on your device, and anything it suggests adding waits for you to confirm. Thank-you notes and vendor emails can be personalised on device the same way.

Vendor pipeline, venue list, meal courses, music requests with Apple Music search, a cultural traditions library, an emergency kit checklist, and multi-currency support for weddings outside the US.

YOUR DATA, YOUR COPY
Export a complete backup at any time and restore it on a new phone — the Welcome screen has a Restore option, so a partner can pick up plans you started. Restoring never overwrites or deletes what you already have. Spreadsheet exports for guests, budget, vendors and timeline are there whenever a vendor asks.
