The platform that healthcare service providers are able to monitoring , follow up patient closely during treatment and after treatment.

In addition, the service providers can manage , follow up , monitor their patients as personalized healthcare effectively.

Daily Self – Check in for monitoring
Patient can do self- check in for update their health status. If patient status is healthy and nothing to concern , there will show the daily customized recommendation from doctor.

Patients feel unwell
If patients have something wrong,
they can press the multiple choice of symtomps and rating the symtomps.
The application will record and sum up all symtomp for reporting doctors.
7 days Check up and Side-Effect

Patient can have self-check up
every 7 days after receiveing the chemotherapy or another treatment. If the patients feel not well or have some symptomp alert. Patients and caregivers can contact doctors and nurse directly.

Holistic Feedback
Doctor will get insights about qauality of life during the treatment such as working life, relationship, finacial burden and others

Profile and Appointment
Patient can know their treatment status ,treatment plan and next appointment date.
