Any organization or individual using Nextcloud Cospend can integrate and utilize this app for managing expenses collaboratively. Users are free to set up and access their own Nextcloud instance independently.

General Public Use: While the app is beneficial for teams and companies tracking shared expenses, it is also fully available for public use. Anyone with access to a Nextcloud instance that has Cospend installed can connect through this client, making it suitable for personal finance tracking, family budgeting, group travel expenses, and similar use cases.

Account Setup: Users obtain an account by setting up their own Nextcloud Cospend instance or gaining access to an existing one hosted by their organization, community, or another provider.
