What a Loser keeps your weight goal simple: one countdown showing how much you have left to lose. Put it on your Apple Watch face, glance at it, and get on with your day.
• A weight-to-go countdown on iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Watch face complications with no subscription lock.
• Automatic weigh-ins from scales that write weight to Apple Health.
• Manual weigh-ins when you want them.
• Pounds or kilograms, plus appearance and accent choices.
• Weight history and a recent trend chart on your phone.
• An outlook based on your observed pace, once you have enough readings.
Your countdown uses a seven-day average to give everyday fluctuations some perspective. Your starting point stays fixed. Old or missing readings never count as weight lost.
No food logging. No calorie budget. No account. No ads.
Health access is optional and read-only. What a Loser does not send your weight or goals to a developer-operated server. Your goal, preferences and manual weigh-ins sync between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch.
This app tracks weight trends; it does not measure body fat or provide medical advice. Time estimates are scenarios based on recent readings, not promises.
