Whenly: Letters To The Future

Leave today’s words to time.

Whenly is a quiet mailbox across time—private and on your device, not a public inbox or a slow mail delivery. Write a letter, choose a future day to open it, and seal it. Until that day, the words stay locked; only a countdown remains. Send it to your future self, or to a child, partner, parent, or friend.

It also remembers the days that matter. Birthdays, weddings, the day you met—Gregorian or lunar—can count down or count up. When the day arrives, write a letter that opens only then. After you open it, you can reply to who you were.
