Wiggle: Daily Budget

Most budget apps ask how much you spent last month. Wiggle answers the question you actually ask over your morning coffee: how much can I spend today?

ONE NUMBER
Set what an ordinary day should cost. Every morning Wiggle shows how much you can spend today so the month still lands on your goal. Overspend, and tomorrow's number is a little lower. Spend less, and it is higher. The sentence under it says why.

BIG PAYMENTS DON'T WRECK THE MONTH
Rent, insurance, a yearly ticket. Tick "split across days" and the amount is spread evenly over the days it really covers. Tick "every month" for anything that repeats, and it repeats. One payment never wipes out a whole month.

TWO TAPS
The keypad is the first screen. Type the amount, tap Log, pick a category. Nothing else stands in the way, because an app you don't use is useless.

DAY BY DAY
The month as a calendar, every day shaded by what it cost, days still to come included. Tap a day to see the payments behind it.

CHARTS THAT SAY SOMETHING
The running total against your goal, with where the month ends at this pace. A few plain sentences about the month: the weekday you spend most on, the category that grew, how much of the month is rent and the like. Tap a category to see its payments.

MAKE IT YOURS
Black on white, white on black, or six tinted looks. A small drawing in the corner if you like one. A Home Screen widget with today's number and the reason behind it.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account. No server of ours. No analytics. Your payments live on your phone, and a backup goes to your own iCloud Drive so nothing is lost if you reinstall the app or change phones. You can turn that off. Export everything as CSV whenever you want.
