Willage HK

Willage is a private household workspace for Hong Kong families and domestic helpers.

Chat, tasks, schedules, and meal plans live in one calm place, so daily instructions stay clear, visible, and less likely to get buried in message threads.

BUILT FOR REAL HOUSEHOLDS
• Household chat, messages that stay with your family workspace
• Tasks & to-dos, assign work, set due dates, and mark what’s done
• Shared schedules, routines, appointments, and child-care plans in one calendar
• Meal planning, day-by-day meals and simple instructions helpers can follow
• Roles that fit your home, family admin, family members, and helpers

WHY WILLAGE
Many households juggle WhatsApp chats, paper notes, and scattered calendars. Important reminders get lost. Repeated chores get forgotten. Helpers hunt through old messages for what to cook or when to pick up the kids.

Willage gives your household one private place to coordinate everyday life, invite-only, built around how Hong Kong families and domestic helpers actually work together.

Get started: create your household, invite your helper or family members, and keep daily life running more smoothly, together.
