WinNudge

Every other routine app asks how long each step takes and then holds you to the guess. WinNudge never asks. It times each step while you do it, keeps your own usual time, and lays those real times out against the moment you need to be done — the door, the bus, lights out.

THE RUNWAY
• Today shows one routine as a runway that ends at your deadline, with the next step lit
• One number: how many minutes of slack you have right now, worked out from your own measured times
• When it goes negative, WinNudge names the optional steps you could skip to make it, rather than telling you to hurry

GUIDED PLAYBACK
• One big step at a time, with a calm timer and how it compares with your usual
• Skip or stop at any point. A partly finished run still counts, and is still measured

ROUTINES FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD
• Out the door, after school, homework, bedtime, meds, or anything you name
• Up to six people on one account, each with their own runway and their own wins. Nobody else signs in, and no photos are stored
• Edit, reorder and archive steps any time; times fill themselves in as you go

• Set a reward worth working toward and watch progress build with each run
• Lift shows how a routine is settling in over repetitions — there is no streak to break on a bad day

• An optional notification at the last moment that still works, worked out from your own steps — never a fixed-time ping

The free plan includes the whole timing engine, the runway, guided playback, the Lift number, 2 people, 3 routines per person and 1 reward goal. Plus adds:

• Step Splitter: type a sentence and get a first-draft routine to edit
• Full history, weekday breakdowns and duration trends
Routines you have already built keep working whether or not you subscribe. Plus is available monthly or yearly, with a free trial for eligible Apple IDs. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

HOW AI IS USED
Step Splitter sends only the sentence you type to an AI model to draft a list of steps. Nothing is saved until you edit and save it, and no names or times are sent.

YOUR DATA
WinNudge works fully without an account. An optional account carries everything to another phone, and you can delete it and everything in it from inside the app. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
