Winter Arc: Lock In Challenge

Your winter arc starts the day you say it does. Lock in from October 1 to January 1 and arrive at New Year already transformed, or start any day and run your ninety from there.

Most habit apps hand you a checklist and a number that resets. Winter Arc hands you a mountain, and you are on it.

YOUR RULES
Before day one you write your own rules. Three to seven of them, small enough to do on your worst day. Then you sign. Your rules can change whenever your life does: add one, drop one or reword one on any day, and the days you have already held stay exactly as you held them.

WHO YOU ARE BECOMING
Four stats, BODY, MIND, GRIND and IRON, drawn from the rules you actually wrote. Watch the shape change across ninety days. The most honest picture of a season you will get: you never chose the numbers, you chose the habits.

EVERY DAY YOU SHOWED UP
Tap the day number for your calendar: every day you held, every shield that covered you, every day still to come. Proof you can scroll.

DAY 90
Add a progress photo whenever you want. They stay in a private vault on your phone, nowhere else. On the final day they play back as a summit montage, first day to last, beside everything you held and banked.

THE MOUNTAIN
Your home screen is a climb, not a list. Every day you hold your rules the climber moves up the face, past the treeline, onto the ridge, into the summit push. A streak counter is a number. A mountain is somewhere you have been.

START ANY DAY
Missed October 1? Nothing is lost. Pick your start date when you set up, today or any day ahead, and the app builds the same climb, the same camps and the same summit from there. A winter arc that starts on November 3 is still a winter arc.

THE DAILY CHECK-IN
The work is yours: the training, the pages, the early nights. Logging it is the quick part. Open the app, tick what you did, close it. Change your mind any time the same day; nothing is final until the day is.

STREAK SHIELDS
Miss a day and a shield goes instead of your arc. Your gear takes the hit and the climb continues. No red screen, no broken chain, no starting again from zero. Ninety days is long enough that you will miss one, and an app that ends your season over a single Tuesday is one you delete on the Wednesday.

WEEKLY BOSSES
Each camp opens a challenge built out of your own rules. Dawn raid, before 6am. Seven straight, no exceptions. Cold open, anywhere that is not home. Beat one and you bank a streak shield. Turn one down and nothing bad happens, because a challenge you cannot refuse is just a punishment.

AURA AND RANKS
Every rule you close banks aura, and aura carries you through five ranks: Basecamp, Treeline, Ridgeline, Summit push, Summited. Nothing is bought, nothing decays overnight, nothing is taken back after a bad week.

EVERY WEEK CLOSES
Seven days make a camp, and each one ends with a recap of what you actually did rather than what you meant to do. Hold every day and the camp is perfect, which banks you a shield.

WRITE THE DAY DOWN
A line a day, if you want one. A sentence from a book, a note about why it was hard, a photo from the gym. They collect into a private timeline you can scroll back through from day one.

A REMINDER THAT KNOWS WHEN TO STOP
One nudge at the hour you pick, an optional evening save if the day is still open, and nothing at all once your arc is done. It ends when the season ends.

BUILT TO BE LOOKED AT
Two themes: Summit, dark and cold and quiet, or Glow, warm and light. Home screen and lock screen widgets so today sits one glance away and one tap from done.

PRIVATE
No account, no sign up, no feed, no leaderboard, nobody to perform for. Your arc lives on your phone and in your own iCloud, so it survives a new phone and a reinstall. None of it comes to us.
