Description by WORDview Ministries, Inc.(from the App Store)
Welcome to WORDview Ministries, a community of men and women experiencing the joy of living their lives in the Word of God!
Download our app and discover the power of the WORDview Quiet Time, which guides readers in a personal and refreshing encounter with God. Our unique approach uses "meditative reading" where users read a short passage from the Bible several times, in different translations, with a five-step guide to develop intimacy with God.
This Quiet Time takes only fifteen minutes a day, five days a week, with an optional sixth day for further reading, meditation, or study. WORDview offers specific reading plans for books of the Bible and for topical studies. The WORDview Quiet Time is an excellent tool for Bible study, devotions, and discipleship for individuals, groups, churches, and organizations.
At WORDview, our mission is to help all people read the written Word so that they will encounter and experience the Living Word. We believe as we guide people to read the Bible, it will change their lives, their communities, and the world. That's why our motto is “Read the Bible. Change Your World!”
We have designed our app to make it even easier to access our unique reading plans and guided quiet time prompts to help you stay in the Word daily.
Our app also gives you access to these features:
- a customizable personal daily Scripture feed to encourage and feed your faith exactly when you need it - an easy-to-navigate homepage - the ability to quickly subscribe to reading plans and begin interacting with God's Word immediately, even when you're on the go - the ability to journal on your device or desktop - the option to participate in small groups online for encouragement and support - the ability to like, comment, discuss, and share content on social channels - quick access to our library of resources, blog posts, and web store - easy support for our ministry with one-time or ongoing donations directly from the app - access to hundreds of additional teaching modules through our partner ministry, Back to the Bible
