Work Hour Tracker Work Log

Work Hour Tracker is a work log built around Siri, Apple Intelligence and Live Activities. Clock in by voice, watch your shift live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and let Apple Intelligence turn your hours into words. Your records stay on your device: no account, no ads, no subscription.

JUST ASK SIRI
"Clock in with Work Hour Tracker." "How many hours this week?" "Summarize my week." "Export my hours." Siri handles the everyday actions hands-free, so you can clock in and out without opening the app. Every action also works from Shortcuts and Spotlight.

APPLE INTELLIGENCE, BUILT IN
• Your week in words: a short, natural summary of your hours, overtime and estimated earnings.
• Type it instead of tapping: write "yesterday 9 to 5 at the café, 30 min lunch" and get a shift ready to check and save.
• A second look before you export: it points out shifts worth reviewing.
Apple Intelligence runs on your device or with Private Cloud Compute. Without it, every feature still works with the built-in calculation, and the app always tells you which one wrote the text.

YOUR SHIFT, LIVE
Start a shift and a Live Activity keeps the timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Close the app mid-shift and the clock keeps running. Widgets show your hours on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

TOTALS THAT MATCH YOUR PAYDAY
Hours by shift, day, week and pay period. Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly periods, with the start day you choose.

ESTIMATED EARNINGS AND OVERTIME
Set a default rate or a rate per job to see estimated earnings. Weekly overtime is flagged after the threshold you set (40 hours by default), with an optional California daily mode.

MORE THAN ONE JOB
Create jobs with their own rate and color, and assign shifts to them.

REPORTS, EXPORT AND YOUR TIME
A weekly chart of hours or earnings, CSV, PDF and plain-text exports with an overtime summary, and Explore Your Time: your week in 3D, a shift lab and short guides.

FIVE LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Japanese, German and Korean — Siri and Apple Intelligence included.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. Apple Intelligence requests may be processed by Apple to answer them; see the privacy policy.

Work Hour Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. Calculations are estimates and not legal, payroll or tax advice.
