Work in Germany

Work in Germany, Austria and Switzerland — without the paperwork in the way.

This app is for people going to a German-speaking country for work, who would rather not spend their evenings translating job ads and rebuilding their CV into a foreign format.

JOB ADS YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ

Listings from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, translated — pay, housing and requirements included. Search by a word in the title or in the body of the ad, filter by city and by how much German the job really needs. When an ad does not ask for German, you can see it at a glance.

A GERMAN LEBENSLAUF FROM YOUR OWN WORDS

Write about yourself the way you speak. It does not have to be pretty. Out of that text we make:

• a German Lebenslauf in the shape German employers expect — dates on the left, month and year, date and place of birth, school names given in your language in brackets as well
• a copy in your own language, so you can check that your details are right in a document you cannot read
• an Anschreiben — the German cover letter

Three CV templates to choose from. You crop your photo inside the app.

ALREADY HAVE A CV? WE SEND IT AS IT IS

Upload a PDF from your phone and it goes to the employer unchanged. We do not write into it and we do not rewrite it.

THE APPLICATION GOES OUT FOR YOU

Tap Send and the employer gets an e-mail with your CV attached. It reads as though you sent it yourself — the app is not mentioned anywhere in it. When the employer replies, the reply goes straight to your own e-mail.

You can see exactly what went out and to whom, and you keep a copy of every file.

IT WORKS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT

You can start using the app right away. Signing in with Apple, Google or e-mail is insurance — when you change phones, your CV and your sent applications stay with you.

You can delete your account inside the app. Your documents go with it.

The app is available in English, Slovak and Romanian, and follows your phone's language setting.
