XCEL SmartCard protects your Visa credit and debit cards by sending transaction alerts and enabling you to define when, where and how your cards are used. Download the app to your mobile device, then set your preferences to monitor and manage your cards.

Fraud Protection
Real-time alerts keep you informed of when your cards are used to quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Location-Based Controls
Restrict transactions to merchants near your location or by region using city, state, country or zip code on an interactive map.

Control Spending
Set spending limits for general use or specify thresholds by merchant category (gas stations, restaurants or retail stores) and by merchant type (in-store purchases or e-commerce and ATM transactions). Transactions above your thresholds will be declined.

Card On/Off Setting
When “on” transactions are allowed per settings. When “off,” purchases and withdrawals are denied.
