XIV CMM 2023

Following the success of the last Conferences organized by CMM – Portuguese Steelwork Association, the XIV Conference on Steel and Composite Construction will be held in Coimbra, Portugal from 23 to 24 November 2023.

CMM has the main objective to promote the most recent innovations and achievements in the scope of this type of construction, seeking to contribute decisively to the promotion, consolidation, and expansion of the sector. The Conference will be a privileged encounter for the exchange of ideas and experiences among the different actors in the design and execution of steel and composite structures, as well as in the teaching and research activities in the area. All intervention in this area requires the establishment of multidisciplinary teams, involving different specialists, whose interaction will be stimulated in this Conference. In this edition there will be given special relevance to the themes: "Modular Construction" and "Additive Manufacturing", where the conference will have the presentation of papers, and keynotes by invited speakers on these topics.
