Yallana brings your family's plans and everyday details together.

Organize tasks, calendars, lists, recipes, notes and occasion gifts in one shared space.

TASKS AND CALENDAR
Create tasks and appointments, assign family members, add checklists and reminders, and attach completion photos when needed. Track progress, open filtered tasks from dashboard cards, or choose a calendar date to start a task.

MY NOTES
Keep school notes, household information and personal ideas organized with searchable categories. Notes are private by default. Share with your workspace or selected members, with viewing or editing access. Send ordinary notes through your phone's share sheet.
Store login details in protected entries that require device authentication before viewing on supported devices. Content is encrypted at rest using server-managed encryption, not end-to-end encryption. Password entries are excluded from external sharing.

LISTS YOUR WAY
Create shopping, home, travel and other lists, or name a custom category. Add and edit items, quantities, units and notes, and follow completion together.

RECIPES AND MEAL PLANNING
Save recipe photos, ingredients and preparation steps. Adjust servings, plan meals and turn ingredients into shopping lists. Share recipes without including private notes.

OCCASION GIFTS
Record money and gifts given or received, linked to people and occasions, even when your contacts do not use the app. Add currencies and review reports and filters. Totals stay separate by currency without conversion. Choose who can view amounts or add and edit records. This is a personal record, not a money-transfer service.

MY PLACES
Save restaurants, cafés and places you have visited. Choose a map point or use your current location with permission. Add a photo, category, notes, visit date and your own one-to-five-star rating. Places are private by default; share with your workspace or selected members, or send a place name and map link through your phone apps. No background location tracking.

MY PERSONAL CARD
Create a card with your photo, name, work and contact details, with three templates to choose from. Add WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and X, and choose the fields to include. Share an image with text or a contact file. Drafts are saved locally on your device when you choose to save.

MEMBER NOTES
Keep organized notes for workspace members and choose who can see them. Edit or delete your own notes, with notifications for permitted recipients.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Deleting a task or recipe in this version removes its data and associated images from the service. Deleting a note removes its stored content. Copies already saved by other people are outside your control.

Sign in with email, Google or Apple where supported. Use Yallana in Arabic, English, Hebrew, French, Turkish or Spanish.
