YEAPG

CellPack sizes lithium battery packs from the cell up, keeping electrical, thermal, ageing and safety constraints on one bench.
PACK BUILD multiplies cell capacity, voltage and resistance into pack voltage, energy, equivalent series resistance, peak current, mass and specific energy, and flags voltage classes that fall outside common inverter windows.
THERMAL converts internal heat generation and cooling surface into a steady-state temperature rise, adds a hotspot factor and estimates the coolant flow needed to hold the cell limit for air, liquid cold plate or phase-change cooling.
CYCLE LIFE applies depth-of-discharge, C-rate, temperature and chemistry derating to the rated cycle count, then projects capacity retention over the service target including calendar fade.
BMS ENVELOPE turns cell voltage limits and the SOC window into usable energy, reserve margin and protection thresholds, and compares passive versus active balancing.
OPTIMIZER sweeps series and parallel configurations against the target energy, mass budget and nominal voltage, then ranks them by weight, cost or cycle life.
Each page produces a score, a recommendation and an industry benchmark, loads a realistic test case and exports a PDF record. Screening values only — no live cell data is read.
