We are a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of yoga practice in both the USA and India and a stay-at-home mom. We are passionate about yoga, balanced living and enjoying with awareness. Together we made the popular YogicFoods series and now we bring to you YogaMap, to complete your mindful lifestyle. Straight from our (living room) yoga mat to yours!

YogaMap is set up to do yoga anywhere anytime. No need to choose, change, pick or think. Each yoga session is different, but takes you through class in a similar way:

And to balance your mind, we offer meditations with adjustable timers

Both the yoga sessions and the meditations offer:
