Mit einem speziellen Fokus auf Ankylosing Spondylitis haben wir Yoga-Videos und Asanas, die von einem Rheumatologie-Experten am Universitätsklinikum in Erlangen vorbereitet wurden, um Ihre allgemeine Gesundheit und Lebensqualität zu verbessern.

Diese App bietet Yoga-Videos und Asanas, beliebte rheumatologische Tests wie BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI etc.

Sie können die Ergebnisse Ihrer Tests an Ihren Arzt übermitteln und Ihre Fortschritte im Laufe der Zeit verfolgen. Alle persönlichen Daten werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert und Ihre vertraulichen Daten sind sicher und geschützt.

Darüber hinaus können Sie sich Ernährungstipps ansehen, verschiedene Körperteile trainieren, meditieren, Anleitungen für verschiedene Yogastile einsehen und die App entweder auf Deutsch oder Englisch nutzen.

Diese App wurde vom Universitätsklinikum Erlangen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Machine Learning and Data Analytics Lab der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg entwickelt.
