• Choose from five built-in plans: Four corners, Six points, Smash & net, Smash defence and Diagonal.
• Create one custom plan for free.
• Adjust cues per set, cue interval and total sets.
• Use fixed cue order and basic timing for a consistent routine.
LEARN THE MOVEMENTS
Explore step-by-step footwork lessons, including split steps, lunges, crossover steps and recovery. AI pose illustrations support the written explanations.
REVIEW YOUR PRACTICE
See session duration, direction cue counts and training days. Share a training card, or export and restore your data with a JSON backup.

Unlock shuffled cue order, random timing, split-step preparation cues, custom cue duration, unlimited custom plans, weekly reminders, and plan file sharing and import.
