YumPal - Visual Food Journal

Three months ago you had the best ramen of your life at a tiny shop on a side street. You took a photo. It's somewhere in your camera roll — buried under 4,000 other pictures. You can't remember the restaurant name or even which neighborhood it was in. That meal is gone.

Yum makes sure that never happens again.

A FOOD JOURNAL THAT THINKS IN PHOTOS

Yum is a visual food journal — a photo-first keepsake for people who love food. Snap a photo of a meal worth remembering, and it becomes part of your personal Timeline of Tastes — organized by date, tagged by occasion, pinned to the place where you ate it.

Beautiful photos of the meals you want to remember. That's it.

REMEMBER THE STORY

Every meal worth keeping has a story — who you were with, where you sat, what you talked about, how it tasted. Yum captures that story in a single photo, a few tags, and a short note. Over time, you build a personal album of the meals that mattered.

EFFORTLESS TO CAPTURE

Yum reads the date and GPS already saved in your photos, so each memory lands on the right day and place on its own. Add a single shot or bring in hundreds at once — all arranged by date and location. Add mood tags, custom labels, and a short note to set the scene.

FOOD STICKERS & PHOTO CUTOUTS

Turn your food photos into playful stickers and cutouts. On-device AI removes backgrounds, creating fun stickers you can share with friends in Messages or save to your collection. Cut out that perfect latte art or a beautifully plated dish — your meals become shareable art.

SURPRISE ME

Can't decide what to revisit? Tap once and Yum brings back a past favorite you'd forgotten about — a fun way to rediscover your food memories.

TIMELINE OF TASTES

Scroll through your food memories as a beautiful visual timeline. Each meal is a photo card with date, location, tags, and notes. Swipe back through the months and relive the highlights — seasonal favorites, cozy go-to dishes, or the trip where every dinner was unforgettable.

CALENDAR POSTER & FOOD COLOR CARDS

Turn your food memories into visual art. The Calendar Poster generates a monthly photo grid for sharing or printing. Food Color Cards extract the dominant colors from your photos — an abstract palette of your meals that looks like edible art.

WHO Yum IS FOR

Food lovers who want to remember their best meals. Travelers building a visual diary of what they ate in each city. Home cooks documenting their plating and creations. Anyone who's searched their camera roll for "that amazing dish from last summer" and come up empty.
