YU'S ROOM IN 3D
On the sleep tab, Yu walks around her room in 3D. Tap "Good night" and she turns off the lamp and the room goes dark; tap "Good morning" and she turns it back on and leaves you a word about your night. Drag to turn the view and pinch to zoom (you can switch to the 2D portrait in Settings, and less powerful devices use 2D automatically).

EASY SLEEP LOG
Record bedtime and wake-up with a single tap, and look back on your sleep hours in charts. Based on roughly 90-minute sleep cycles, the app also suggests good times to wake up.

WAKE-UP ALARM
Set an alarm just by picking one of the suggested wake times. On iOS 26 and later it uses the system alarm, ringing full-screen even in silent mode. On earlier iOS versions it rings as notifications.

NAP MODE
A nap timer with 15, 30, 60 and 90-minute presets - for lunch breaks and little rests, too.

BEDTIME REMINDER
At your chosen time, Yu whispers through a notification that it's bedtime. A gentle nudge for building a sleep routine.

BEDTIME SOUNDS & EAR ASMR
37 sounds in all: 14 nature sounds (rain, river, waves, cicadas and more), 10 ear-cleaning sounds, 4 ear-licking sounds, and 9 onomatopoeia tracks where Yu whispers the sound of the tool she is using. Adjust the volume of each category on its own and layer them together as you drift off - you can even start them before you tap "Good night" (7 sounds are free - one or two from each category).

A WORD FROM YU IN THE MORNING
Tap "Good morning" and Yu leaves you a little comment about your night.

CHAT WITH YU
The Night It Began, The Veranda at Dusk, Bonfire in the Woods, Riverside Fireflies, Night of the Fireworks. Pick a place and chat one-on-one with Yu. Every scene has its own art and music, and Yu replies visual-novel style, in narration and dialogue. The more you talk, the closer Yu gets - and the way she talks to you shifts little by little. There are 10 places in all: two are open from the start, and you unlock the rest with the sleep points you earn by sleeping. Chat is free to try (with a daily limit, and up to two places unlocked with points); the Support Plan lets you talk much more every day and unlock every place.

Set the name you'd like Yu to call you. Her whispers, her morning words and your chats all use it.

ASMR WORKS & LIVE
Watch Yu's ASMR works right in the app, with background playback. You can also check her YouTube stream schedule and archives.
