Description by Zen Without Borders Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Choose your time, from 5 to 40 minutes, and sit. Three bells open the sitting and one bell closes it, as in the zendo. Sit several periods with kinhin, walking meditation, between them, or use vibration instead of bells.
• See how many people are sitting with you right now
• Follow your practice: hours, days in a row, the last weeks and months
• Learn how to sit zazen and how to do kinhin, in Rev. Sozan's words
• Ask the Teacher: send your meditation questions to Rev. Sozan
• Read questions and answers from other practitioners
• Sit as a guest, or with a free account
Rev. Sozan Miglioli is a Soto Zen Teacher in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki Roshi and the founder of Zen Sin Fronteras.
