Zen Bells plays real audio in the background, not notifications. The bell rings even when your screen is locked and even in Silent Mode. Set a 45-minute sit, lock your phone, close your eyes — the closing bell will find you.

Your streak comes with repair: miss a day, mend it, keep going. Or hide streaks entirely — your practice, your rules. The log keeps a calendar of your sits, minutes per week and month, and can write Mindful Minutes to Apple Health (optional).
