ZoneIt: Zone Diet Food Diary

ZoneIt is a food diary for the Zone diet. Log your meals, see your protein, carb and fat blocks add up, and know at a glance whether a meal is balanced.

Build your day in blocks, scan packaged food, and cook from recipes that already count the blocks for you.

DIARY
- A daily blocks ring shows protein, carbs and fat for the whole day.
- Log products, recipes and scans by meal, in blocks or grams.
- A balance check tells you when a meal is balanced, and what to add when it is not.
- Tap a glass to log water, and see your average over the last 7 days.

MY ZONE
- Your daily blocks are calculated from your lean body mass and activity level. Prefer your own numbers? Set them manually.
- Follow your weight trend, BMI and body fat percentage, with a projected date for your goal weight.

SCAN FOOD
- Scan a barcode to find a product and see its blocks.
- Use By label to enter the values from a nutrition label and get the blocks.
- Photograph a label and let automatic reading fill in the values. Check and correct them before you add the product.

RECIPES AND ZONATOR
- Browse a library of recipes with their blocks already worked out.
- Build your own recipes in the Zonator and get the blocks for each one.
- Save a copy of any recipe to My recipes, edit it, share it, or add it to your diary.

SHOPPING LIST
- Add a recipe to your shopping list and choose which ingredients go on it.
- Tick items off as you buy them.

REMINDERS
- Gentle reminders for meals, water, groceries and measurements, on your schedule.

PREMIUM
ZoneIt is free to download. You can try the Diary for a full day, and the Zonator, the shopping list and water tracking once each. Searching products and entering values by label are free. Premium unlocks the full Diary and measurements, barcode scanning, the Zonator, the shopping list and automatic label reading.

Your monthly or annual subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings at no additional cost. If you do, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
