Zzzoo

Download and look back at roughly the past 7 days of sleep — no waiting: your sleep report is right there the moment you open the app.

The app automatically tracks your sleep at night — when you fall asleep, when you wake up and how long you slept — and records it all on a timeline.
Your rating is based on how long you sleep between 9 PM and 9 AM: Lion, Dog, Boar or Owl, your sleep quality at a glance.
No manual steps at all — just put your phone down and sleep. It works without an Apple Watch, and tracks more precisely with one.

Key features:
• Sleep tracking: sleep and wake times plus duration, recorded automatically
• Animal rating: four animals show how you slept at a glance
• Calendar history: every night, every stretch of sleep, laid out clearly
• Home Screen widgets: Sleep Clock, Monthly View, Lion Box, Recent 7 Days, Sleep Brief and more
• Monthly stats: look back over the whole month and find your sleep sweet spot
• Sleep music: a built-in playlist for winding down — tap the vinyl and it plays, with sleep timer

Your sleep data stays on your device and syncs between your devices through iCloud (encrypted by Apple). We never see any of your personal data.
