Awesome ssh client for mobiles and tablets. Been using it for years! Latest version 1.10.1 has an issue with entering numbers via ms swift key keyboard or keepass2andeoid keyboard. Doesn't work via long press on letters and doesn't work via number input either. Only sending numbers as text to terminal works. Please fix asap.

My current favorite ssh client. I would really like support for quantum safe key exchange algorithms, so I can disable non-quantum safe algorithms on my servers though.

* the BEST APP FOR SSH CONNECTIONS* I've been using Connect Bot along with tail scale for about two weeks now, and I'm satisfied with the results. I managed to make public keys so that I can authenticate so effortlessly, along with fingerprint verification so that I don't lock the entire app down. I've been using it with Linux Mint and so far everything is smooth sailing. If you know how to set up an OpenSSH server, then setting this app up is even easier. Highly recommended for SSH tasks.

With the latest update it has become from a 3 star to a 5 star, (as far as android ssh goes) and do not forget this is a FOSS app on droid and other repos. Now that the UI issues have been fixed this is a great choice for phone FOSS ssh client.

New version has broken my keyboard input to select any option on diet pi config selection screen. Pressing enter to select one of the configuration does nothing now. Please fix this issue. Thank you. Response to develop- I am using FUTO keyboard as my default. It was working fine before the major update. Please try this keyboard with the app to fix the issue. Thank you.

Worked just fine until April 2026 update. And now a bunch of stuff is broken. SSH connections that use keys don't work. Frequent disconnects without warning. Bell notifications are not working. Navigation buttons disappear. Double-typing letters. Text spilling over tmux panes. Can't submit a bug report without creating a GitHub account. I suggest uninstalling and going back to a previous version (1.9.11 works fine) or switch apps until issues are addressed.

There's a bug right now that makes it impossible to copy a public key, making this app effectively useless. It's been an open bug on GitHub for a month and there's no word from the developers. It seems the bug was introduced in the last update (April 22), but report is from April 24.
