absolute fail It backed up my contacts but when I tried to restore them, at first it wouldn't work. When I found a way by changing the name of the csv file, it restored correctly only the names. There are lots of commas and if a contact had more than one numbers, they were stored in only one field... How am i going to find my contacts again?!

There are much better alternatives. Doesn't tell user the name or location of the backup file. When I found it, it only had contacts name and phone number; what about the rest of the info?
