I love AAA and love this app. I have unfortunately needed to call them for service help several times in recent years, and using the app made everything easy and quick. And my local service experience has been wonderful. They kept me well-informed about wait times (which were generally very short), and service was friendly and very competent. Well worth the price of membership.

I was able to get roadside assistance and get live updates on whom the assistance was but also how long it was going to take them to reach me. It also has other things in the app that allow you to get rental cars, motels and restaurant bookings and dining deals. App was easy to use, and I was glad I decide to get AAA membership!

Why require location access when I don't even use the features that need location. Only request access when using those features. Please scrap this whole App and create a new one from scratch using people that actually know what they are doing. You have the money, put it to good use.

It was the worst response time I have ever experienced. They sent a service that was over an hour away. It ended up being over a two-hour wait. I'm not blaming the actual service employee, but I am blaming AAA for their inadequacies to have more service staff available, especially in such a large city and or county of Greenville. My membership renews at the end of this month, August. I will be rethinking my long-term loyalty to an organization that is run in such a poor manner.

The new update requires location access which is silly when all I want to do is review policy details. App will not work without location turned on.
