I was able to get roadside assistance and get live updates on whom the assistance was but also how long it was going to take them to reach me. It also has other things in the app that allow you to get rental cars, motels and restaurant bookings and dining deals. App was easy to use, and I was glad I decide to get AAA membership!

I love AAA and love this app. I have unfortunately needed to call them for service help several times in recent years, and using the app made everything easy and quick. And my local service experience has been wonderful. They kept me well-informed about wait times (which were generally very short), and service was friendly and very competent. Why require location access when I don't even use the features that need location. Only request access when using those features. Please scrap this whole App and create a new one from scratch using people that actually know what they are doing. You have the money, put it to good use.

I have had AAA for 3yrs and still can't access the app, it keeps force closing and if you can make it through it gives you an error message. I just gave up... I have to call the 800 number on the back of the card if I need assistance. Too bad I can't get through to use some of the discounts

Unusable. Multiple family members have downloaded this app to get download a PDF of our auto insurance policy or other documents. None of us able to. Not even the policy owner but it's even more dumb because people named in the policy aren't able to access those documents at all even though they're a part of the policy. This app needs so much work & fixing. It seems like they don't test the app before sending an update. Fix the glitches & usability. Also, the app needs a dark mode.
