It was the worst response time I have ever experienced. They sent a service that was over an hour away. It ended up being over a two-hour wait. I'm not blaming the actual service employee, but I am blaming AAA for their inadequacies to have more service staff available, especially in such a large city and or county of Greenville. My membership renews at the end of this month, August. I will be rethinking my long-term loyalty to an organization that is run in such a poor manner.

1) The app forces location service to be on even when I'm not doing something that needs it 2) I signed in, added amusement park tickets, left the app open, came back, was signed out & when I tried to sign back in it kept sending me to a page that says: "Trouble signing in? Confirm your zip code" It had my correct zip code & the only option from there was to "Change" my zip code that was already correct! So, I hit change, erase the correct zip, put it back in. Nothing. Absolutely useless app

App is buggy & has errors I have addressed with AAA. Anybody else figures out the solution to the incorrect renewal information emailed had? (the left menu isn't where the renewal can be made. Also watch out you don't get signed into automatic renewals - that cannot be corrected either in the app or on the website). AAA really needs to get it together!
