This app is awesome, allowing a ridiculously easy way to manage checkouts, holds and more. It's a testament to the forward-thinking, customer-oriented folks at the Allen County Public Library.

I love ♥️ this app of ACPL💙 Mobile💙🩵🤍💫✨️. It is very helpful with having my library card on my phone 📱 📲 everywhere I go. I find it really handy, helpful, and useful to have. Also, I love how you can check out your movies 🎬 on here and request them and place them on hold. This app for The library📚📖📕 has been a life changer. 📖📕📚👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻💖🩷💘💗✨️🎉🎉🎉🎉💯

After March 2024 app update this fails to install or upgrade on Android 14 (updated on March 22, 2024 resolved issue)

This used to be a great app. I could have multiple users logged in, so I could check out books for the entire family. However, since the update, the app has barely worked. The barcode worked, but that's it. I've been trying to search the catalog, and I keep getting no results. No matter what the search is, apparently the library doesn't have it. I really dislike the new update

★☆☆☆☆ Ryan Patterson · Dec 24, 2019

This app is just not good. Ever since the system was updated this has not worked the same. It is confusing and difficult to use. I cannot access my account, I do not get notifications, and cannot renew within the app. I've created a new account, as required, and things just haven't worked the same since. I have uninstalled several times, changed my username and password... really just tried to start all over again, but nothing is working correctly. I used to love this app, not anymore.

Haven't been able to access my account since update. Website sucks just as bad. Very frustrating! Tried to get username/password just keeps looping back to main menu. Library card used to be enough...
