Good, unbiased news for the most part. There's a lot the AP sees and touches that most news agencies have trouble reaching, so I really enjoy this app. There's also games and other things if you create an account, but you don't need anything to just read news

AP News is my primary source for reliable, unbiased reporting. I appreciate the real-time updates on global and local events, and the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalism is consistently high-quality. The app is well-organized, making it easy to find news that matters to me. I also like the inclusion of both English and Spanish articles. While the ads can be a bit frequent, the content more than makes up for it. A must-have for anyone who wants to stay informed with facts.

After a month's use I'm pretty pleased. Reporting seems balanced and gives me another perspective to my other News apps. I've not experienced any annoyance from ads. Everything seems to work fine, with one exception. I've put two favorites in Bookmarks. When I click Soccer I get European News and when I click European News I get Soccer!

Love the AP, but hate that they are now forcing agreement to cross-app data sharing with no opt-out. You can only Agree or uninstall, and I'm uninstalling.

The ads are ridiculously touchy and make it almost impossible to scroll through the news feed without opening them.

Unable to share news articles after the latest update. Seriously?!? All the news apps I have on my phone have a share feature, but AP does not. Disappointing 😞 1-star UPDATE: After all the issues with the app, I continued to use it to get a different perspective on current events. But now the app is unusable unless you ACCEPT data collection by the app. There is no option to DENY data collection 🤬 I'll give AP a week to fix the option to DENY data collection. Many other news apps available.
