I ordered a carside fiesta chicken salad I wasnt able to find how to make substitutions on the online ordering. But the food is always good

Not much problem for me. Ordering was very easy. Substitution of sides was offered and easy. Extras, like soup and salad were offered and easy. The first issue I came across was when I entered my phone number, as I pressed a number on my keyboard, it would sometimes double or triple enter that number. I simply pressed the back key to erase the extra numbers. The other issue was it said my email address was invalid. But, once I typed it out completely instead of letting my phone auto - complete my email address, it was accepted.

Not Functional Come on Applebee's. You're better than this. The app is totally non-functional. It crashes when finding location. How can I order if the app doesn't work?

Absolutely worthless The app takes all of your information except for your email address. It continues to say invalid email address no matter how you put it in or if you leave it blank. Refuses to complete the order! Uninstalled!!

Really Really Bad The app is dismally designed. Its like they don't want your business. As you try to enter information like your credit card number or name it just spams random characters into the text fields. I actually go so frusterated with this app I just went to Chilis instead
