A poor application .axis bank software division does not want to promote it. Call center executives r unaware of this application. They ask us to reload but still it doesn't work. After loading and gprs test sucees when I enter my mobile no to get otac on my mobile error message comes that "your request can not be processed at this time .even after 3 days of repeated complaints' axis bank employes r not bothered about it .what a pity. Previously I used this app on same handset, and it was working fine but not now.

Deregisters automatically After working fine for several months, it now says 'user account is deregistered'! The reason is you cannot use Axis mobile from more than one device. Someone at Axis bank is so dumb that it did not occur to them that users may like to have access on all of their devices instead of just one. Very poor & disgusting app.
