Used it for years. Paid for the pro version. But recently the battery icon does not show on the notification bar. Tried updating to the latest version of battery bot but still no joy. I need to open the app EVERY TIME for the icon to show up, after which it will disappear again. What is the point in that? Update 26 june 021. The above-mentioned issue seem to have been fixed now.

[The 8 years later review Update] This has been on all my phones since 2012. Still one of the essential apps for any new Android phone! I've tried others, but I always come back to this. I love the custom charge level Alarm, no more worries about overheating my phone and stressing my battery life! You can for example set it to 80%, so it reduces battery wear. It doesn't drain battery. I wish it was integrated by default into android OS. I miss the old color icons, but that's Google's fault!

Colored icons don't work after the last update. Had to uninstall and revert to the previous version via apk. 🙄

Very poor battery status - one screen might say 13 hours until drained and another detail screen will say 7 hours until drained. I don't remember this app being so unreliable in previous versions!

Bought the Pro version for more appearance options but absolutely none were available. Very disappointed and refund requested.
